The HDV heavy-duty V-plows are built like nothing else on the market. Available in either durable powder-coated mild steel or rust-resistant stainless steel – and with either 8’6″ or 9’6″ blade widths – the plows boast 16-gauge flared moldboards that are reinforced by two robust angled power ribs. Double-acting angle cylinders, trip-edge protection, adjustable center cutting edges and responsive direct lift round out the many advantages of these feature-packed V-plows.

Flared Moldboard

Tall flared wings throw snow higher and farther to deliver exceptional snow clearing results.

Double-Acting Angle Cylinders

Durable double-acting angle cylinders push and pull the wings forward and back under the heaviest snow loads. They also can hold the wings firmly in place for optimum back dragging performance.

Snow Catcher

An integrated snow catcher between the wings help keep snow from spilling over the top of the plow.

Adjustable Center Cutting Edge

Tall flared wings throw snow higher and farther to deliver exceptional snow clearing results.

Large 1-1/4" Center Pin

Center pin is robust, yet positioned to make the plow completely flat when in straight blade mode, enhancing snow rolling performance.

Easy Access Components Cover

Hydraulic components are protected with a durable poly cover that is easy to remove for quick maintenance access.

Stand-Free Design

Because the blade is stable in the V position for either attaching or detaching, no stand is needed.

Trip-Edge Protection

Independent trip edge protects the plow, truck and operator when encountering obstacles, and functions in any position (scoop, V, angle or straight). Because only the edge trips, snow loads are never lost.

Our POWERCOAT high-performance, multi-stage powder coat system features a tough epoxy primer that delivers added protection and improved coating adhesion to guard against weathering and corrosion. Additionally, each plow includes a robust steel cutting edge to protect the blade at the point of contact for longer wear and enhanced scraping action.

Tractor Compatible Mount Kit

Designed for easy installation onto a wide range of tractor models, these mount kits make it possible for the HDV v-plows to fit on a compact tractor. They are flared both vertically and horizontally to ensure proper alignment and make the drive-in connection easier. The push beam, which makes up the front portion of the mount, can be quickly detached to allow for a loader attachment.

Control Options

Choose between the POWER GRIP™ control with backlit buttons or the compact joystick control. Both feature power “on” and float LEDs and are FLEET FLEX system enabled. An intuitive hand-held controller makes it easy to raise, lower and angle the blade or wings at the touch of a button. Custom hydraulics, designed and produced in-house to maintain quality control, provide excellent maneuverability in the field. And a responsive direct-lift system aids in efficient stacking and transport.

SECURITY GUARD™

The SECURITY GUARD™ anti-theft system electronically secures your snowplow from unauthorized use when detached from the truck.

Our high-performance, multi-stage powder coat system provides a long-lasting, maintenance-free finish.

Pre-Punched Blades for Accessories

The blade is pre-punched for easy installation of accessories, providing a custom fit. The pre-punched holes also prevent damage to the powder coat that can sometimes occur when installing an accessory.
