Nes-Tech Sales and Service

Nes-Tech Sales and Service opened in 1998 as a secondary farm occupation to supplement the farming income. Mark started out offering automotive service and the installation of snow removal equipment. Shortly after, sales of snow removal equipment was added, and in 2005 the business expanded to include zero-turn mower sales and service. As the business grew, a full-time employee was hired to help manage the work load. By 2018, Nes-Tech had grown beyond a secondary farm occupation, leading to the decision to seek a new, permanent home.

 

Perth Tire and Auto

Perth Tire and Auto opened in 1988 by Peter Debus and Bill Knott. Originally located on Lorne Avenue, the business quickly outgrew that location, and in 2000, moved to its current location at 38 Humber St. After a long career and countless alignments, Bill Knott retired in 2007. Peter continued as sole owner, employing two full-time automotive technicians and a full-time tire installer, until his own retirement in September 2020. At that time, Mark, who had worked for Peter and Bill many years ealier,  purchased the business, completed renovations, and brought Nes-Tech Sales and Service to its new home.

 

Combined Business’ of Nes-Tech Sales and Service and Perth Tire and Auto

September 2020, Nes-Tech Sales and Service Inc. and Perth Tire came together under one roof! The experienced Perth Tire team of Mike Debus, John Patterson, and Jake Debus continue to provide trust automotive and light truck repair, as well as tire service. Nick Braby and Guy Morden rounded out the new team to bring both divisions together. Soon after, Mark’s son, Corey Van Nes joined the team as a technician, with hopes of one day carrying on as a second generation owner. Jamie Leach was added as a licensed technican in 2023, and Ali McDonald joined the front office in 2025. We look forward to many more years of serving our customers, building on the core values of honest work at a fair price.
